I checked some internet providers, seems only this one XINFLIX provides "unlimited download".

It looks like that XINGFLIX is a newly established company in Toronto (by some ones who have Chinese background?), and I'm not sure it will stay in this field for a long time or just short term, as it requires payment from Credit Card(similar to ITALKBB), WHICH WE , as consummers, unable to control.
