recently I found a problem of my internet usage. some days daily usage is very less and some days is too high, did anyone find the same problem about rogers internet? Thanks.
Maybe you guys can give them a call as well, the more people complaint, the more serious they will take about this issue. We (the customers) shouldn't have to pay for the artificially inflated usage that we did not use.

I called them yesterday, they promised to investigate and let me know the results in a couple of days. With so many people having the same problem, looks like it is the error on Roger's end for sure.

I have the same problem, I monitored it for a while , especially I did not use a lot of internet on 20th and 19th, but I was charged more than 10G in these two days, and I did use the internet on Jan 15th, but it did not show any usage on Jan 15th, 2012 at all.
I called them twice, they said these days are Chinese new year, a lot of internet usage related to Chinese new year. But I did not use that much at all.
I called them , they said there are no problem in Rogers, I think everybody should call them to complain it...
But I thought they may overcharge us in this special season....:flaming:
I was charged 15G for the 19th and 20th when we only browsed the web pages! When calling Rogers, it is better not to say "my Chinese friends have the the issue", they'll just blame the Chinese New Year--they'll grab any straw to blame the customers rather than admitting it is Rogers' error. Instead, we can say "I understand that a lot of Rogers' customers experienced the same usage spike on the 19th and 20th, what does Rogers plan to do about it?"
