A female roommate is needed to share a room in a two bedroom apartment. The apartment is in 1525 Alta Vista drive. It is convenient place to live specially for students. The place is 5 min to Hurdamn station and 10 min to University of Ottawa by bus. It is very close to Train Yard and Walmart and shoppers, Subway and a small grocery store is just next to the building. The rent is 530 $ per month. All utilities are included. The one year lease has been ended so any one gets the room can leave any time she wishes. She just needs to give two months notice to the management.
