looking for a single room in Apartment

A new CU student(a lady) is looking for a single room in Apartment starting from Aug. The rent should includ everything,such as heat,power,water,cable.Inside the apartment, there should be no children under 8 years, no smoking, and I prefer to share this apartment with other young ladies.
