This season is shortened due to strike, so we are not playing the full 82 games. It is reduced to 66 games. There will be teams in the Western Conference that the Knicks will not visit. Because of the compressed time frame there are more back to back games (meaning playing on consecutive nights).
The playoff games also will have some back to back games in the first round, maybe even the second round.
Exactly how many games each team plays each other, I have no clue. You have to go back to the NBA website to find out. Even then it would be difficult unless you read the whole detailed schedule of the season.
