我也有独立House的房间待出租，在Bridlewood, Kanata, 但若每房低于$400/月，我宁可让它们空着！
因为这是赔本的买卖：假设房子$250,000是从银行借来的（年率5.2%）有四个房间，费用如下：
Mortgage $1083（250000*5.2/12）/Month
Heating $180/M,
Hydro $50/M,
Water $40/M,
Tax $300/M,
Insurance $50/M

合计 $1703/M
每个房间的成本是$1703/4 = $426
另外，房屋折旧维修，买工具化肥，种花浇草，冬天扫雪，等等，还没人负责呢？

个人认为，这个价格已极低，你们应毫不犹豫跟他租。
