有谁在家Host Java App/web Server?

我想了解一下有没有什么硬件配置或者hosting provider可以推荐一下？我的要求是：
１. 不需要cutting edge或高性能，只要能保证２－３个并发用户
２. 如果服务器设置在家，一定要低能耗的，嵌入式或者非x86体系的都行
３. 在保证基本性能和能耗的基础上，越便宜越好

这个我到是没有想到过，一般家用high speed是不是规定不能架设服务器?

It's not cutting edge或高性能 matters, it's your internet speed matters, especially your upload speed. 而且ISP是不允许你建Server的，虽然自己用用也没人管。还是租服务器好用

The bandwidth is enough for my application. It seems ISP is a big show stopper to me. Thanks for the information.
