OPP Charge Driver Involved in Collision Caught on Dash Cam
“UPDATE”
(Toronto, Ontario) -The OPP’s Highway Safety Division has completed its investigation of a collision that occurred in the eastbound lanes of Hwy 401 west of Keele St. in the City of Toronto.
The collision occurred on Thursday February 9, 2012 at approximately 4:20 pm involving two motor vehicles, an Acura TSX and a Subaru Legacy, that was recorded on a dash cam.
As a result of the Investigation, the OPP has charged the male driver of the Acura TSX Ragurub YOGARAJAH, 26 years of age from Ajax, Ontario with:
Fraud over $5000
Attempt Fraud
Public Mischief

Ok Notadot is OBVIOUSLY related in some way to Ragu- Whether it is him, his buddies, his family members, or someone who is part of his scam network.
No one is that dumb to believe his manipulating ways to mislead the public that he is a victim!
Seriously, tell Ragu that you TRIED to manipulate the situation and persuade RFD that Ragu is a victim but FAILED.
- Stopped and rolled back in traffic that was moving well
- No brake lights!
- Said he was hit from behind at the scene (not confirmed because there was no audio but in the video clearly showed an argument because Sham pointed at the camera to notify him that the whole scene was recorded).
- Notified insurance that he was hit from behind (if he claimed to say to Sham that he wasn't sure what happened, claiming that he was hit from behind to the insurance company is a pretty BOLD statement don't ya think?).
- Showed a fake photoshopped poster of knives pointing at him. LOL if this was posted on his door, there should be tape, ripples, small tears, or some sort of weather beaten pattern on the paper. The poster that was shown to the camera looked like it just came out of a printer.
- 26 highway traffic violations in 4 years. LOL
- Ragu's telephone number traced to a Markham physio clinic. UH UH!
- OPP conducts investigation and charges him with fraud over......... oh wait? How can a simple small fender bender be over $5,000? Obviously the OPP discovered more than just this simple staged accident.
Also charges Ragu for public mischief: OPP knows from the evidence gathered that the SHAM vs RAGU incident was a staged accident that terribly backfired!
And when Ragu gets convicted, his entire scam network foiled, and more and more arrests made, you can bet Notadot will be here to defend Ragu and his scam possee..... until Notadot gets Ragu'd himself!!!!
