I just had a terrible experience with Fedex service.
My package was supposed to be delivered overnight from Ottawa to States.
Too bad, it was delivered with 5 days delay because Fedex lost the paper work for my package, so US custom couldn't clear the package until Fedex found it.
I called Fedex many times and talked to about 25 representatives. I was told that US Custom was not efficient enough to clear the package.
luckily, one of the representatives told me the real reason about the delay.
