请教：父母不会英语，自己在温哥华转机有无可能？[问题]

想接母亲过来探亲，但没有时间回国接，想让她自己过来，可是她不会英语，有无可能自己在温哥华转机？有了解情况的网友可以通报一下吗？不胜感激。

better have a card let them carry at front telling people..... where they are from and where to, flight #, don't speak english, assistance is needed......when they boading, talk to airline severs about that.....

My parents visited me last year. I printed several cards for them: English on front to show to get help, Chinese on back for themselves read. Question on cards could be:"Where is washroom?", "I will take Flight*** to Ottawa, could you tell me where to departure?", "I do not know English, could you show me?"..
But actually they did not use them at all. They talked with some people from China on CP30 and go with him in the airport.

When you make reservation with Airline remember to tell the airline agent your parents don't speak English and need special assistant. The employees of airline will help them to connect their flights. Air Canada has this kind of services. Also I would like to tell you, you can request your seat(some people prefer window seat, some prefer aile seat), wheelchair and special meals ( such as vegetarian meal, low fat meal, etc.) when you make reservation with Air Canada.

1-同路的中国人太多，随便谁都可以帮忙带路。不需要路条。
2-登机时声明需要转机服务，到达温哥华就会由航空公司安排转机。
3-自己的智慧也可以发扬呀。

i had same problem when my parent visited me last year.
to slove it, i found a travel agency from voucuver and pay them $150 to pick up my parents and help them clear custom and transfer flight.
