water tank出的热水不够热

最近water tank出现问题，出的热水不够热。即使全放热水，出来的水也是只是温的。检查了温度，设置没有变动。

tank有看到在烧，顶上有三根水管，热水管子出来的热水是烫的，冷水管子忽冷忽热，中间mixed的水管，摸起来温的，好像经过冷水一混合后，就没有达到设定的温度。

有没有遇见这种情况？

这个water tank有十几年了，是前任屋主买下来的。

打电话让人来检查了一下，换了这个阀门就解决了。

they will charge you service fee at normal rate, why they won't response?
