During a demo, more than 15 people spent more than 40 minutes in order to play a video, they failed



You know, these guys' daily job is to develop software for devices... They had to leave the devices aside...
This is just like those MP3 players made by small home based factories from China in the past, you had to read the manual many times to remember those complicated modes and button combinations, then you may be able to play a song; but, after a while without using it, you forgot everything you learned then you would have to repeat the previous painful process again...
That was why Apple iPod could come in beating all of them even with multiple times of their price - still extremely popular...
