contractor 合同没结束就走人的多了去了。budget 没有了，项目砍掉经常的。

contractor 走肯定是项目结束或者钱紧了提前结束。和这次裁员没什么关系。

这次裁人，每个部都有两个比例。比如某部裁人10%，裁预算11%。这10%指的是employee，contractor 即使裁了也不能用来充人数。

预算就是从项目上裁了。contract已经拿到的，是不会让人立刻走的。到期走人是有可能的。但是现在能拿到预算请contractor 的，以后继续拿到预算的可能也就很大。

所以你说Contractor反而没事,就不对呀. 只能说裁人是裁employee, budget cut 就和contractor 有关了. 而且, 拿到contract的, 也不保险, 该走就让走了. 所以没什么安全的.
