immigraton, "HuKou" question, thanks

My parents are applying for immigration to canada...they are worrying that their "Hukou" in china be cancelled after landing...



Does anybody know that based on policy...will Chinese government asks them to cancel the "HuKou"...they are very traditional senior...only want to do everything based on regulations...Now the only way for me to convince them to continue the application is to let them know that "no"...they do not need to cancel....

现在的PR是不用把户口取消的
除非入籍了，然后拿着加拿大护照办中国签证回国，从国内出海关的时候，才有可能被要求把户口取消了
老人家可以一直作为永久居民在这里，不需要入籍的

确定吗？以前不是要把户口取消了才拿得到中国那个出境卡吗？现在中国把政策改了？
