上大学commence. Opinion appreciated

I got a young friend who got admitted to the commence or management program of the following universities:

U of Toronto S management co-op (with 8k scholarship)
York U Shilich school of business (with 8k scholarship)
Queens U
Western Ontario U
McGill U.

She is thinking of choosing either Queens or York U. But I thought U of T's co-op program may also have some advantage? She may want to (not sure yet) go to a US top school for MBA after the BA and 2 years' work. But landing on a nice job after BA is also very important.

She was born and grew up in Canada. Her average is above 95. She says she does not want to work too hard at University, this may be one of the reasons that she does not want to choose U of T.
Any advices are appreciated. Thanks in advance!

She has not decided what to focus on yet. I think likely Finance. She did not apply for Rotman, U of T.

Shilich school, York: I know that their MBA program ranked top in the world even. But not sure whether its Bachelor program is equally reputable.

Queens is close to her home. that is helpful.
None of the 3 top schools got co-op program. That is a bit disappointing. Worry whether she will be able to find decent summer job. It is not only the money, more importantly, the experience.

选大学最重要的事是先明确将来想干什么? 再仔细研究毕业时有那些对口的单位在校园里招人!象读commence的,毕业后一定要工作两年才能读mba, 毕业后第一份工作至关重要!

True. She will likely want to focus on Finance. Hopefully to find a decent job with some financial services firm. Can only hope. Who would know?

"毕业后第一份工作至关重要!" Agree!! that is why U of T scobourge's management co-op is also attractive. But she heard about the potential low marks and also is concerned about rumor saying the university life is like the continuation of high school there. So she pretty much gave up on it.

大学里好像有个专业叫commerce
但没听说过commence这个专业

有co-op program最好,如果没有暑期 internship很重要. 查看Ivey校园内招人单位比其他其他学校好的多!学Finance应该去Ivey

It's been cancelled this year.
