Honda Civic 40,000 km, any maintenance should be aware?

Have little knowledge about car , any help would be greatly appreciated !!!

My Civic 2010 is almost 40km..Should I change?
1. Tires? how to check tires tread depth?
2. Trasmission filter?
3.Timing belt?
4.Break pads?
5. Anything else?

My car currently works fine, but should i get things done even though they dont have any problems?

Any good mechanic/gerage you can recommend?

40k,除了机油和空气滤清器需要换，其他基本没问题.

自己再看一下各种液面就齐了 免责啊。
