I am a certified tennis coach (certified by the Canada Tennis Professional Association), and provided tennis lessons to various age groups (see my fee structure below). I can teach tennis lessons in a court close to you, or in my clubs (Orleans club or General Burns club below). Please send a QQH to me for more details. Good luck!
My tennis lesson fee structure (in 2012):
Private lesson (one to one)
$40 per hour
Beginner special: $120 four one-hour lessons (pay upfront)
Semi-Private (two students)
$30 per hour per person (total $60)
Beginner special: $200 four one-hour lessons for two players (pay upfront)
Group lessons (3 to 6 players)
$25 per hour per person
Group special: $210 for four one-hour lessons for a gourp.
Junior student (under 14 years old): 20% discount.
I joined the following tennis club:
In the west side: General Burns Tennis Club,（86 Argue Dr, Fisher+Meadowland)

People are very kind. But to play with or help someone new may be boring or not worthy at all. Unless of course if the service is paid. That is why my friend offer her service in exchange. If you are willing to help out, please do not be shy to take on her offer. It will not be a burden to her. It could also be a great experience for her, be it tutoring, babysitting, or others (check out the list). Could be fun.

Thanks for all the kind responses. She decides to do some practises first before contact all the 热心人 so not to waste your time and embarrase herself too much.

I hope I could play more frequently but I can't. By the way, I go to swimming pool three times a week in winter (until this week) and play ping pong at lease once a week. I will stop swimming for the summer, but need more time on some house projects. I hope I can finish it before real summer begin.
