House is 1 bus away from Carleton University(111,117), Algonquin college(86,111,116,117), and the 86 goes right downtown to the Rideau centre.
There is a grocery store right across the street plus many other stores. The house is all furnished except for your bedroom(we can supply a single bed, and some basic furniture). There is 2 washrooms, full size kitchen, living room, and another room for gaming in the basement. In the living room there is a Wii and a xbox that you may use if you like.
