借人气问：怎样查租客的信用？

电话问过quifax 和 Transunion, 作为个人房东如果查租客的信用的话需要经过 rentunion. 但是rentunion要先申请membership,然后再一次次查信用。


有人说可以通过agent帮忙查，请教大家哪位agent可以帮忙，会付该付的费用。


请问哪种方式比较好，大家有什么好的建议。
