草地在下雨前上肥可以吗？

我买的Scotts30-0-5草地专用的氮肥。用手摇撒播器撒了薄薄一层。然后晚上就开始下雨了。估计会一直下下去。

肥料是在干草地上容易吸收还是湿的好
