这样的part-time 职位，要多少hourly rate？

这是个professional 职位，属于商业咨询类的，需要有学历有经验。

这个职位如冠以“高级”xxx头衔（在行业内中高知名度的公司），通常年薪为$55k - 75k (和IT无法比），本科10年经验或硕士5年经验。按照这样的收入，part-time 或者project-based 的hourly rate应该有多少才合理？有没有对part-time/freelance rate 比较熟悉的高人，请指点一下！谢谢！

没有term,可以一直做下去。在谈一周按8小时还是16小时的量。

我们一般是$100-150/h， 当然这个一般都是硕士或者PhD做project， 而且是高科技有关。 但是商业咨询不应该比高科技少吧。 如果是个人， $70-90/h

2x普通工资是很正常的。

如果full time 六万年薪， 折合30刀hourly rate。 part－time／consultant／project－based 可以double 这个hourly rate。60刀一小时, which is pretty much the same rate I hire for landscaping my backyard.
