where can I get multilanguage package for win2k?

人家要的是W2K的不是OFFICE的。

我安装W2K的时候选择了有多语言包，要不试试WINDOWS ADD COMPONENTS

Win2k本身支持中文挺好，加了多语言包反而影响稳定性，也就几个菜单是英文，认认吧。

thx, your help is appreciated. The best way is to find the win2k and office 2000 original cd and then proceed the update.

为什么要多语言包？2000支持多语言的。

but the thing is that many websites and emails are not readable.
any idea, except installing chinese version, of how to tackle the issue?

完整步骤

以高级管理员的身份登录。
1.单击“Start”按钮，进入“Control Panel”窗口。
2.双击“Regional Options”图标。
3.在“General”标签下的 “Language settings for the system”列表框中选上“Simplified Chinese”。
4.单击“Set default...”按钮，在新弹出的“Select system locale”对话框列表中选择“Chinese (PRC)”，然后单击“OK”按钮。
5.单击“OK”按钮关闭“Regional Options”窗口。
6.系统此时将提示您需要Windows2000的安装光盘以复制必要的文件，请准备好您的Windows2000光盘并放置在您的光驱中，文件复制完成后Windows需要求重新启动计算机。
7.在做完以上步骤之后，如果仍然发现中文提示显示为乱码，您需要检查“Regional Options”窗口下的“Language settings for the system”列表框中 “Simplified Chinese”是否被选中，且标注为“Default”。
