房子座落在一个非常好的区域. 楼后就是公园,楼边就是RIDEAU RIVER,
周围是使馆区. 我们公寓也有使馆的办公处. 住户的层次很高,非常友好.
邻居中有医生,OU的老师,和使馆人员等.安全性也很好.

房间较大而且是向东南面的. 采光好.两个卧室间隔着厨房餐厅和客厅.
所以互不影响. 并各靠着一个卫生间.
出租的房间有一个独立的通道通往自己的房间,卫生间,厨房(厨房has two doors so you can through by you own door). 所以相对独立. 夏天公寓中央空调送冷气.
室内有一个双人床垫,茶几,椅子等 ,房内还有一个双门大壁橱.
