A little family history
Way back in the 1840's, the Fulton Family began producing maple syrup products from the sugar bushes on their four hundred acre farm. Fulton's Pancake House and Sugar Bush is only fifty-five minutes from downtown Ottawa and has a restaurant capable of seating twenty, a modern sugar shack and gift shop. They produce high quality maple products that are shipped around the world to places such as Mexico, USA, South Africa, Taiwan and Germany.
Activities
There is lots of fun to be had for every member of the family at Fulton's Pancake House and Sugar Bush. There is a playground; trails for the hikes and entertaining, educational displays set throughout the property four hundred acres. Throughout the season there is also dogsledding, hayrides and live music. In March there is an Easter Egg Hunt and special March Break activities for the children. The Sugar Camp is also available for those who want to learn how maple syrup is produced.
Everything maple...
The gift store has everything maple you could think of and more. There is maple tea available in wooden boxes or tins, lots of sugar candies maple sugar, jams, mustards and dips. They also have containers of maple syrup, make gift baskets and sell roast coffees, peanuts and maple butter, pottery, jewelry and books. The cafeteria-style restaurant serves pancakes, sausages, a variety of baked goods and combination plates all for an average price of $10.

DIRECTIONS
From Ottawa take Highway 417 West until it turns into Highway 17. At the intersection with the yellow flashing light (Antrim) turn left onto County Road 20 and follow the blue Fulton's Pancake House sign. Follow County Road 20 until it ends at the far side of the bridge in Pakenham. Turn left onto Regional Road 29 follow for five kilometers and turn right onto Cedar Hills Road and then follow blue sign to Fulton's.
