The apartment is on sixeenth floor with great view from the huge balcony. LEES AVE，近OU，步行5-10分钟，交通方便楼下transitway有95，97。。。。
现转租2个月到8月底。之后可以续签。很适合在OU上学的学生。
价格600（现价795）。也可以ROOM单租，价格350。
一切转租时间，价格，方式都可以商量。

PS：我这个ONE BED ROOM到OU极为方便。TRANSITWAY只有一站路。如果你有意住下去，7，8两月可以给你600每月，之后可以和LANDLORD续签
