which one is correct? I choiced "no" for this question. and I remembered the man in the office ever told me, every answer is "NO", is there anybody know about that?

maybe I have forgotten, or missed something of this question. I can't remember it clearly

I will finish the report online as 1 time per week.

I can not sure, which one is correct, as the guy in that office said, everything should be "no".

I felt only this one might be "Yes". but I have choiced "no" and then submitted. how can I do? call the office? or ...

Because We ever went to the office for EI, and the guy told me that I must fill report out every week, and then submit it.

I remembered, I have asked him how to fill the report? maybe I can't sure the answers, the guy told me that every answer is "NO".

So, I choice "no" as the answer. I don't know what will happen. so request for someone here.

Maybe I forgot something of the description of the question. I think an organization is responsible to pay for those unemployees.

it seems that they want to know whether the ill person get any compensation from his boss or not.
