替亲戚问一下留学生毕业后是不是一定要找到专业工作才有资格申请移民？如果找到timhorton的工作算吗？

不是任何类别或者职位的工作都算的。
你可以去看看CIC上面哪些类工作是counted的。

To ensure that you can apply for permanent residence under the Canadian Experience Class, at least one year of work experience under the permit must be at Skill Type 0, or Skill Level A or B under the National Occupational Classification (NOC).

说得更明白一点就是看job title和报税的额度。 其实真正在干什么并不重要。
