一月搬家，想找一處帶室內停車的bachelor。最好就是位置剛好在downtown和bayshore中間，從westboro到Civic hospital area，不南於Carling Ave。
價格就是800$以內，水電暖全包。

Indoor swimming pool
Tennis court
Indoor parking (there is a hose that you can wash your car, especially in winter)

Within your price range (If you can find another person to share, two bedroom seems to be better).

You can visit the management, tell them you plan to find one that starts in January 2013.

Also, if you see the management offers "referral bonus", you can ask them whether you can refer yourself and have the bonus yourself. If the management says no, then find out whether you have friends who live there, that person gives you back the bonus....
