真未必是坏事，多伦多卖房故意放低价吸引买家抢offer的例子不少。
我认识一对夫妻，在多市上大学时就买两套房，自住一套，出租一套。当然是父母付钱。毕业时房价涨了很多。

是中介故意开低让买家竟价的。
