Garage door opener suddenly stops working

Mine works this afternoon, then suddenly does not work functionally - the light fleshes a few time, and the chain runs only itself. finally the door can not be closed or opened.

Please help if you have any suggestion or reference for repairing it.

hold the button down (don't release until door is closed) - temporary solution.

or, check the sensors on each side of the door located close to the ground. one of them of both of them must be twisted so the scanner(s) is always detecting something and sending signal to the control panel.
