求助：如何申请restraining order?

有原来认识的人总是给我打电话，我不接就给我留很长的言，占用我手机的minutes, 感到正常生活被严重骚扰了，可是我现在暂时不能更换手机号码，更不能取消语音信箱。

想请教各位，有没有办法可以申请restraining order?

当然，说得很清楚了，连东西都退了。

打电话给手机公司，他们说“we can't stop people from calling you”，唯一的办法就是换号码。

Hi

You can call court house in ottawa, explain why, normally this person has to have violent behaviour or you get assault, the judge can issue that order.
