政府面试 What Atitude?

Some friends here has helped me with questions and concerns I had, really appreciate their help.

One more thing still confused:

面试态度应该是特别显得特别自信， 还是尽量给人温顺特别容易管理的印象？

As there are some debates on this. Not sure what is the best way to perform.

Any comments or suggestion are really appreciated! (Sorry can't type Chinese in office. Chinese parts are copy& paste.:blowzy

Not so sure what personality public sector employers really are looking for?

政府里的工作都不是很难作的，有固定的程序。能力是重要但personality，team player更重要。

Exactly, that's what I understand, too.
Plus the written tests are done already, so I think the whole purpose about interview is personality.
But what type of personality should be shown?

就是一个度的掌握，发挥到你自己很舒服，面试官也舒服的程度最好了。

但这你怎么知道呢。不同的面试人员有不同的喜好，谁知道他那天心情好不好，或者她大姨妈来了呢~~~

所以要做到的是自信而不张狂，尊敬而不谦卑

记住每个人的名字，并清晰地重复出来。保持眼睛的接触，面带微笑，说话平稳而清晰，大胆地建立互动。

I do have one issue: I am normally a very-fast speaker. If I slow it down, I may forget what I plan to say next.

见面几句话下来，要能基本判断对方是个什么路子。。。这个对咱中国人有点难，要是个中国人基本上能蒙个７７８８，看老外感觉差些。。
