Samsung Galaxy 551 does not start

I had this phone just over a year, past warranty. All of sudden, it refused to work. When I turn it on, it only shows two screens, one is Samsung, the next one is the model number, then it turns black.



Today I went to the store, I was told the battery is good, they have to send it back to Samsung, but it would be too expensive, not worth it, they recommended to buy a new phone.



Any help/idea please. Any service for fixing in Ottawa?

那可以从Rogers/Bell那里买New或Refurbished的手机，接着用你的Contract，价格会低些。

they just gave me the price without contract for new ones, not low at all. I do not know about refurbished, always feel not safe to buy, another broken soon? not sure.

三星现在过分追求大而全，所有领域都插足，冰箱洗衣机，电视和手机的小问题不少。
