JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ensuring project management on technical projects from contract award to their delivery as per specifications
while respecting allocated budgets and scheduling and adhering to Saputo standards. Responsible for
technical assistance to sales and project management teams.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Manage and oversee multiple capital projects from their inception through their completion simultaneously.
- Coordinate and develop a clear project scope and cost estimate in conjunction with the proper teams.
- Communicate effectively with Operations, Quality, Tech Services, Marketing and other internal teams to
ensure that project design and layout is satisfactory and timelines are met.
- Create and read Process and Instrumentation Drawings for projects.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Contractors, Vendors and Suppliers.
- Provide assistance to the operations group when directed in the area of Repairs and Maintenance costs
and preventative maintenance programs.
- Assist and provide technical support in the area of energy savings and effluent reduction within the plants.
- Provide awareness of new equipment and processes in order to reduce costs within the operation.
- Enforce the Company’s policies and programs with contractors and vendors.
- Travel will be expected up to 60-70% of the time.
- Perform other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Some experience in engineering / project management within Dairy, Food, and/or Beverage is an asset.
- Strong knowledge and experience of electrical controls and systems.
- Accomplished in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of Fluids, Dairy chemistry and Thermal Processes.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with good time management and
organizational skills.

JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to Manager, Demand Planning, this position will liaise with all facets of Saputo Supply Chain (Demand Planning / Supply Planning) and customer service in order to provide maximum service to the customer. These points of contact will augment existing Key Account Manager contacts in order to help improve customer service through better collaborative forecasting, supply chain and logistics analysis.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Execute a collaborative process with internal stakeholders to forecast, share information, address issues and concerns, review performance and lead initiatives to improve.
• Review of customer KPIs, including on time delivery, fill rate, and non-compliance. Highlight initiatives to address and correct issues.
• Vendor vs. Customer forecast review and recommendations
• Monitor and manage customer inventory on hand to project low and high coverage and the impact on future ordering patterns
• Review inventory and logistics optimization opportunities, including order minimums and multiples, order frequency/cycles, transit times and minimizing touch points
• Support customer business team with relevant supply chain planning information
• Maintain helpful and positive communication style with all Saputo staff and external customers
• Supports and maintains Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P.’s quality standards

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• Post secondary Diploma or Degree in a related discipline is desirable
• 1-2 years of Supply Chain and/or Sales support experience related to the dairy, food or consumer packaged goods industry.
• Must have strong computer skills. Advanced MS Office / Excel skills required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are prerequisites. Customer facing experience also key.
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills. Solid experience in developing and providing accurate reporting.
• Bilingual English / French is considered an asset

JOB SUMMARY:
Saputo is currently seeking a LABORATORY TECHNICIAN. This position is responsible for the quality control of the products by performing raw and finished product testing according to the quality program.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Laboratory Technician is responsible for:
 Daily lab sampling; performing analysis of product (chemical & microbiological);
 Monitoring and enforcing on-line quality checks during production;
 Conducting environmental testing;
 Assisting in the implementation of policies and procedures relating to HACCP and GMP’s;
 Responsible for the cleanliness and mechanical condition of all laboratory equipment;
 Communicating effectively any issues with all levels of production;
 Other responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
 Post-secondary education in a related discipline;
 One year of experience in microbiology and Quality Control
 Proficient in computer application (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Access);
 Attention to accuracy and detail;
 Ability to demonstrate analytical and organizational skills.
 Must have the ability to work unsupervised
