房屋排雨槽问题

请问新房排雨槽是找builder做好还是搬进去之后找人做合适？builder给的报价比较高，但不知道搬进去后找人做价格是否会少很多，还涉及到保险问题。请有这方面经验的帮忙解答，谢谢！

自己事后做比builder做便宜很多。我知道的的所有人，邻居，朋友，朋友的朋友，都是事后做的。还没听说过任何一个人是让builder做的。随大溜我觉得应该不会有错。

没听说过对房屋保险有影响。

好像没看见过谁让Builder做雨水槽和Deck之类的东西。一般原则是能不让Builder做的，尽量以后做，除非结构，及其他更换费事，或者难看的项目。

If your house is brick, then attaching the deck directly to the outside wall works fine. 我认识的人家里有deck的人，除了walk out basement的，都是自己做的，人都不用找。更不用说让builder做了。这东西没啥技术含量，就是需要把力气。
