Is there anyone applied renewal of Permanent Resident Card recently?
Last time I took my mother to the immigration office to do renewal a few years ago. It seems now we need to mail it the CIC processing office. I wonder if we can still go to the office in downtown to apply?
It seems I cannot translate the passport copy. Do I need to find a translator and get copied documents certified?
