Impark tickets are not official tickets. If they want to 'ticket' you they would have to
call the police and say you are parked illigally on their property. It is a money grab on the companies part. They will send you a few letters saying you need to pay it, followed by referring you to a collection agency (which is a division of their company).
By this point most people will pay the fine. If you ignore it they quit after the
collection agency threat. The letters can be intimidating, but it is just Impark trying to scare you into paying a big "fine".
