月租$525 ，包暖、车位、炉子、冰箱，不包电（每月20左右）or less in Summer

One bachelor(own kitchen and bathroom,and bedroom) is subleased in Eddy Street(159 Eddy Street, Gatineau J8X 2W7) there are more than 40 buses nearby in Ontario and Quebec
One studio (or bachelor) apartment is on the first floor and it is bright and sunny throughout the day. Rent is $525 per month. Hydro Quebec bill is about $25 (might be less in summer). Internet is $25 (if you take it from the landlord who has Videotron). Laundry machine is downstairs and it costs $1 to use, same for dryer too ($1).
every utility in the unit is new. it is very clean inside and out.
Here is the Google map photo we saw of my apartment `building`. Actually, it is not a big building (and it is at the corner of Pappineau Street)
