报告Riven:Single user multiple device registration可能会miss掉QQH的Notification Dialog

俺的几个Devices: iPads, Windows, Mac Book 都挂上有CFC的网页，同时用俺的网名signed in。今天朋友来电话说俺没读到他们的QQH。好像有两个bugs
1： No QQH notification for single user with multiple device registrations
2: 好像Unread message in the QQH Inbox没有被highlighted.
