My present roommates are leaving on September 1st 2013 (not because I am unbearable as a roommate; more to pursue new dreams) and I would like to renew the lease with 2 other persons. Females young professionals or students preferred. I am a female young professional working for the federal government.
The house is situated in Hull corner Vaudreuil/Hélène-Duval. 2 min walk to Place du Portage and bus stop. 10 min by bus to downtown Ottawa and the market. There is also a parking spot available behind the house.
3 storeys house with 3 bedrooms. Washers and dryers in the house. The landlord will install A/C in the summer. Big living room and big kitchen (with a dishwasher) on the 1st floor. 2 bedrooms and the bathroom on the 2nd floor. 3rd bedroom on the 3rd floor. Bathroom includes a separate shower and an old style bathtub. There is a small yard behind the house. Non-smoking inside the house but I won't mind if you smoke outside.
The total rent is $1220; therefore $407 each. Internet and Hydro not included. Internet is $19/mth per person. Hydro varies (just need to be careful during winter times).
