重漆车库门-求经验

原来的棕色的门有点掉漆脱皮了，想漆成白色的。上网搜了一下，这篇比较靠谱一点。大致步骤。

1． Wash with garden hose

2． Scrub door with JoMaxHouseCleaner

3． Scrape and wirebrush door

4． Dry 48 hrs.

5． Use paintable caulk to fill all cracks, dry

6． Prime the door Zinnser Bullseye 123 primer

7． Dry 24hrs

8． Apply coat of paint, dry 24 hrs

9． Apply 2th coat of paint

还要考虑将原来的棕色盖住。这儿有一篇，但是是刷墙的。是不是刷门也一样。

Quality primer-sealers, like Dulux Primerlock are formulated to block and seal a surface. It should help to stop the darker colour bleeding through into the lighter paint that you`re using over the top. It is still highly likely though that you will require 2 to 3 coats of your new light coloured paint.

脱皮，貌似10年以上没漆了吧？
除皮和老漆的工作，还不如换个新门！要用大量化学物质将漆泡软再刮掉。

新漆要用 oil-based out-door 类型，味道很冲。
外板每遍要分3-4次漆，共3遍 * 4-8 天，至少。
因为片与片之间的缝隙要漆，还不能开关门，要用东西撑住，等干了1-2天，才能搞下一片。
门墙两侧的密封条要先取下来。
