Looking for insurance company for a rental property shared by students

I have a rental property which was started to be shared by 5 students. My current insurance company told me that they could not provide insurance for the property anymore because the tenants in the house had been changed from a family to separated students.

I know a lot people are running such rental properties.
Can you please give me some info about which insurance company takes such property, or how to find the companies that provide insurance for such property?

Of course I'd like to have one with low insurance premium.
