No more NEW TAX please!

If there is NO eHealth (up till now, I don't see any deliverables.... and consultants still receiving 3000 CAD a day...), no ORNGE, Ontario should have enough money not to raise tax.
In 2004, McQuinty blamed Mike Harris for deficit and he introduced HEALTH (or HELL) tax, and I don't see any improvement in our Health care systems. In fact, he has removed a lot of Health Services (like eye inpsection....).
Any idea on how to prevent this to happen, i.e. no more further additional new taxes but in the end those tax money just become WASTED in a lot of useless projects.
I am speechless.
