我家离CU20分钟步行，MEADOWLAND 和 FISHER 附近。走3分钟可到111，3 路公共汽车。父母都在，想包伙食，或自己开灶都不成问题。现已有一名女房客将从多伦多搬来，要定快定。
房租400，4个月后可以再商量，电话再加钱（女孩聊起来没完）。
刚从国内来的可以和我这儿练口语，咱是正宗美国音（Iowa 2年、MICHIGAN 1年、OTTAWA2年)。
男的来了教健身（我打过一年橄榄球，划过4年赛艇）、女的来了教美容（我妈是学美容的）。
有兴趣打224－8420预约，想要接的话提前说。

其他两间房子住的是在OU读graduate的2个安静学生。客厅不打算出租。

apt位置在170 lees Ave, 15th floor, room 1504,离ou非常近，步行5到10分钟。。。离cu公车15分钟，去各大shopping malls, or china town都是一辆车就要。。。不用换车。。。交通十分便利。

9月份开始续lease,房租1287/month,包括包水，电，暖气.
该master room的价钱大概550左右，也可签约时与其他两个学生商量。
(与该户形相同的其他apt现在的价钱是1463/month)。

Water included, but you have to share the hydro and gas, Central air-conditioning, hard wood in living and dinning, 6 appliance including washer and dryer. 2 mins to Southkey OC-Transpo and Otrain, which can go to OU(#97,87)and CU(Otrain, 87) directly. Price is $380 + hydro/gas. Send me qqh if interested.
