RFIC是什么东东？是不是什么电路板呀？？？

I was wondering if you could help me out with something. I'm
recruiting for
RFIC Designers right now and I was wondering if you have any friends or
contacts either here or back in China, that may have experience in this
area.

I know that our client wouldn't have any trouble going through the
process
of putting the paperwork together for a qualified candidate that wanted
to
come to Canada from China, so if you can think of anyone, I'd really
appreciate it if you could let me know.
