我目前知道的、签证官认可的有两家，WES 和 ICAS。我简单看了一下，两家都需要国内的一个机构直接寄给他们，（强烈鄙视那些作假，败坏国人名声的人，还有垄断赚钱的官僚），仅仅国内机构出结果，就恐怕得一个月，加之这里的步骤，估计得两个月。一旦有了美国的Offer，这两个月恐怕得等。请教我理解的对吗？有没有快捷的办法？
据我所知，公证已经无效了。
我手里有国内大学文凭原件，学习成绩原件的中文、英语版本。有没有办法能尽快得到评估结果，不需要国内那一步的方法？

It was fast for few days, costly, and simple (sending the scan of diploma, degree and other documents by emails, pay with credit card). And the evaluation was accepted by the officer. The evaluation firm is listed on the paper the border officer gave to me.
I did not see this post when I applying it. This post is very helpful.
The title must be correct because the officer may not know much about computer.
