请问，如果新房是明年2月close，旧房什么时候卖比较好？

刚签的合同，我家的新房是明年2月底交房（这交房时间，怨念啊），现在住的是4年新的Townhouse，住的区还比较好。什么时候卖是合适？我想九月十月试试卖，可lg说太早。但在冬天买房的人很少吧。

这要看你在那个区，是否等卖房的钱去close新房。
