就是担心去一趟不一定搞定。就是一个invoice，作为下次换车胎的凭证。
洋葱做技术活还算可靠踏实，上次换完轮胎，David还给我试跑了一圈。
但是他们好像对种手续的事，不太重视，联系了几次都说正在准备。

I had replied your QQH on Jul 13 for this matter. We are having a new management system and are on the process of transferring all the old invoices and stuffs from grand opening till now to new system. We are working on it everyday and we are up to December 2012 now. Please give us more time and we will send an invoice of storing winter tires to you as soon as I can. I, Raymond, promise here at the post, if I lose your tires due to the system failure. I will give you a set of brand new winter tires ( Of course same as the one you stored here ) for free since I personally remember you have a set of tires store here at Onion Auto Service. If you have any problem, call Miss Li for more information. Sorry for the inconvenience.
