俺没有unlimited data plan, 所以重来没有在LTE上看Netstartv. 你可以看youtube吗? netstartv用的都是youtube的源
刚才ipad上下了一个 netstar, 非得要 WIFI 才能看，LTE 网络上都不让看

Netstartv on Roku has HD channels, it will use 5G in one day easily if all you watch are 720p and 1080p HD Channels.
1. Yes of course. Here is the link for the guide. NO NEED DOWNLOAD .exe file if you use Firefox or Chrome.
FYI. Here are the Netstartv installation guide for Roku.
1. Setup Roku account and associated it with your Roku media player. Just follow the steps on TV;
2. Install either Firefox or Chrome web browser if you don't have one already.
3. Follow this guide, NO EXE file needed . This guide say exe file download since it's for Internet explorer installation.

4. You'll see a red star after successfully and you can watch all regular resolution channels (except 720p and 1080p channels).
Everything is FREE for lower resolution programs. If you want watch 720P or 1080P content , you need pay $5 USD one time charge to Netstartv (with paypal only) and you'l have a HD channel inside Netstartv channel. This is ONE TIME CHARGE.
2. NO. Roku has some argument with Youtube so it NEVER has official youtube channel since day 1. There is 3rd party youtube channel but all were removed by Roku already. In the future, maybe.
For $55, it's a great steal to own Roku XS with 2 bluetooth remote . Your TWO kids can play angry bird with these remotes too.

英文不多,但是儿童节目不少,都是中文的. 我家小孩都不看. 只看那个什么"Pokemon" (可能拼错了).
我有根Indoor Flat天线,可以看tvo kids and a few HD channels, free . 足够应付小孩了.
