Salary: Base salary+ commission

Responsibilities:

ØProviding mortgage information to clients. ​

ØProcessing requests clients and taking appropriate action. ​

ØSatisfy client information requirements by being responsive, thorough and accurate​

ØMaintain and grow networks to grow knowledge and generate sales opportunities​

ØBuild good relationships within the realtor community i.e. builders, realtors, brokers, lawyers, financial planners etc.​

Qualifications:

ØAbove 2 years experience in a customer service environment​

ØBasic knowledge of mortgage​

ØSuperior communication and negotiatiion skills ​

ØDemonstrated analytical and problem solving skills to assess situations ​

ØExperience in mortgage financing is considered as an asset​

ØFluency in English​
